Why some are so lucky

Daniel Lee, the Malaysian Idol season 2, who won the hearts of Malaysian a few years back with a total vote of 1.2 millions votes and took the title. Some say he is a lucky guy who was at the right place at the right time. Everything was in his favor as it seems.

But how many of us knew what was behind the scene of all this glamor. First thing first, if he had not took the trouble to join in the competition he won't be the winner. If he had not known about singing and music, he won't be the winner. If he had not experience the failure of rejection during his earlier tries in Taiwan, he would not have been the winner. If he had not been singing in cafes during his younger years, he would have lack the experience and he wouldn't have been the winner.

What Daniel did was he just did it.. He went and he tried and he was lucky...

Anyway, he is my eldest son and I am truly proud of him :)
